Sprees Amor

Step 1: Join an open spree of your choice! Place an order by sending in our online order form.

Step 2: Make the first payment and submit the transaction reference number using our convenient transaction verification form within 1 day.

Step 3: Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed. You can check the status of your spree at the Home page under Check Status. 

Step 4: An invoice will be sent to your email once your items have arrived. Make the second payment and submit the transaction reference number using our convenient transaction verification form within next 7 days. Your items will then be delivered to you once payment is received.

First Payment

• Payment in SGD using the relevant fixed exchange-rates:
  • USD 1.00 = SGD 1.50
  • GBP 1.00 = SGD 2.00  
  • AUD 1.00 = SGD 1.00
• After payment, please send us the transaction reference number using our convenient transaction verification form
• Payment and transaction verification must all be made within 1 day after the submission of your order
• First Payment will include:
  • Total price of goods (With discounts, if any)
  • PayPal transaction fees (If any)

Second Payment:

• An invoice will be sent to your email
• Payment in SGD using the real exchange rate
• After payment, please send us the transaction reference number using our convenient transaction verification form
• Payment and transaction verification must be made within 7 days after receiving the invoice
• Second payment will include:
  
  • Excess/Shortage from exchange-rate movements
  • International shipping fee
  • Singapore delivery fee
  • Handling fee (SGD 1.00 per item)
  • U.S. delivery fee (If any)
  • U.S. sales tax (If any)
  • Local GST (If any)
  • PayPal transaction fees (If any)

• No bank account? Just use the DBS/POSB, or OCBC Cash Deposit Machines conveniently located island-wide to make your payment
• Payment must be made in multiples of SGD 10.00
• Excess funds from first payment will be used to pay for the second payment
• Excess funds from the second payment can be collected from our office at Boon Tiong Road at a pre-determined time
• Refunds from cancelled sprees or out-of-stock items can be collected from our office at Boon Tiong Road at a pre-determined time

Delivery Time

• U.S. Delivery: 3-5 days
• International Shipping: 5-8 days
• Local Delivery
  • Non-Registered Mail: 3-5 days (items will be mailed out every Wednesday)
  • Registered Mail: 3-5 days (items will be mailed out every Wednesday)
  • Self-Collection: Every Wednesday (1pm to 5pm) or Saturday (2pm to 4pm)
  • Sprees Amor Courier: 1 day

International Shipping Charges

• The international shipping charge will be divided fairly among spree-ers based on the weight of their order (items will be weighed by us)
• 100g = 1 Unit (rounded up to nearest 0.5 unit)

  • Sweaters: 2 units
  • Leggings: 1.5 units

Local Delivery Charges

• Non-Registered Mail: SGD 1.00 per item (Additional charges may apply)
• Registered Mail: Extra SGD 2.24 on top of Non-Registered Mail charge
• Self-Collection (from our office at 4B Boon Tiong Road): FREE!
• Sprees Amor Courier (Door-step delivery within 24 hours): Flat-rate of SGD 9.90 per delivery

1. Once a spree closes, no changes, refunds or exchanges will be made for orders that have been confirmed and paid for.
2. Full refunds will only be issued to participants in the event of a spree cancellation or when the items ordered are no longer in stock.
3. Failure to make and verify the 1st Payment within 1 day upon submission of order may result in the cancellation of your order.
4. Failure to make and verify the 2nd Payment within 7 days upon receiving the invoice may result in the disposition of your items.
5. Failure to collect your items within 7 days upon making and verifying 2nd Payment may results in the disposition of your items (Self-Collect only).
   
6. In no event shall Sprees Amor be liable for damages, defects or loss of any kind.
7. Sprees Amor reserves the right to reject any spree order without prior notice.
8. Sprees Amor reserves the right to cancel any spree without prior notice.
9. Sprees Amor reserves the right to amend any policy, rates or charges without prior notice.
